Welcome to Motherhood

My journey into motherhood was more like a headlong dive into a great big ocean. When that happens you have two choices: to sink or swim. I hope I've managed to do the latter.

Although being a parent was a surprise and new direction from the one I was heading, it has been full of wonderfully, challenging moments to grow and change. But as most mothers know, motherhood has a way of doing that. It rearranges your priorities, connects you to another being in a way you never thought possible, and brings a new sense of worry, wonder, and fullness you don't expect.
